How it Works
1. Share Your Idea
Fill out the custom order request form below with details about what you have in mind. You can include inspiration photos, reference images, and any special details to help bring your vision to life. Be sure to include your contact information so we can connect about your project.
2. Submit Your Deposit
A $35 non-refundable deposit will be invoiced upon project approval and is required to begin the custom order process. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your piece.
3. Pricing Talk
Because every custom piece is unique, an exact price may not always be available upfront. Materials, construction, details, and the time required can vary from one project to the next. When possible, an estimated price range will be provided, but please keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed final price.
If the project is expected to significantly exceed the original estimate as work progresses, you’ll be contacted for approval before any additional work continues.
4. Approve & Receive Your Piece!
Once your custom creation is complete, you’ll be notified of the final price. The remaining balance is due after the piece is completed and approved, but before it ships. Then, your one-of-a-kind creation will be on its way to you!
